Welcome to our centre – HEALTH DESIGN BY MASTER ROSEN! In order to provide the best experience and comfort for both you and our other clients, please familiarize yourself with the following important information:
Parking
For your convenience we have a parking space right in front of the center
Cancellation and change of hours
Cancellation or rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled therapy.
If this deadline is not met, we reserve the right to charge for the missed therapy if you wish to book a new appointment.
If you already have a program (package of therapies) with us and you do not meet the cancellation or warning period, the missed therapy is considered consumed.
Clothing for therapies
For certain treatments, you will need comfortable clothing – a tracksuit, leggings, t-shirt, blouse or other light and loose fitting clothing to ensure comfort and freedom of movement.
Arrival on time
We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes early as we work to a strict schedule. This will give you peace of mind before your therapy and allow us to start on time without disrupting the next clients schedule.
Nutrition before therapy
We recommend that you do not eat for at least 2 hours prior to your visit to maximize your benefit and comfort during the treatment.
Vouchers
If you have a voucher for therapy, you must present it at your visit. Without a voucher we cannot provide the service.
Health conditions
We do not work with:
- cancer patients;
- persons with disabilities or extreme mobility difficulties requiring mobility aids;
- clients with active skin problems;
- persons with influenza or viral conditions;
- persons with high blood pressure;
- persons with severe addictions;
This is to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the therapies.
Recording of hours
We keep in direct contact with every customer. We do not accept bookings made by a third party for another person.
That is, we do not book appointments through an intermediary and the communication is always personal between our centre and the person who will attend the therapy.
Right of withdrawal
We reserve the right not to carry out a procedure or therapy if we consider that the person is unsuitable for our services or their health/physical condition does not allow it to be carried out safely and effectively.
