BASIC CONCEPTS
In interpreting and applying these Terms and Conditions, the following terms and expressions shall have the following meanings:

This document contains the General Terms and Conditions of the Distance Purchase Contract, which govern the relationship between CHAKRA 88 Ltd., which is a commercial company with its registered office and registered address in the city of Sofia. www.health-design.eu sells and delivers to the customer the goods offered in www.health-design.eu and ordered by him after request and payment of the respective price, in strict compliance by the customer of these Terms and Conditions.
REGISTER
When registering, an on-line registration form must be filled out, on which the address(es) to be used for delivery, first and last name/invoice details if a legal entity, e-mail, contact phone(s) must be entered. When completing the on-line registration form, the customer is obliged to provide full and correct details of his identity. The customer declares that the data he provides is true, complete and accurate and will update it in due time if it changes. It is also necessary to choose a password.
After successfully registering, the customer, for each individual order, has the option to correct the contact phone number and delivery address, as well as to specify a third party representative to accept the order (this information can be completed in the “Add a comment to the order” field). By ticking “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions”, which is located on the page at the completion of the order (checkout), the customer makes an electronic statement within the meaning of the Electronic Document and Electronic Signature Act, by which he declares that he is familiar with these Terms and Conditions and accepts them.
